• What is EXTRA SAFE?

  EXTRA SAFE is a self-custodial messenger with a stablecoin-first wallet built in — one app where your conversations and your tokens live together under one identity. Pick a name, get an EXTRA SAFE number, and that number is your identity for both.

• Where can I download the EXTRA SAFE mobile app?

  The EXTRA SAFE mobile app is available on the App Store and Google Play. You get a unique EXTRA SAFE number that stands on its own, so you can chat and transact safely.

• How do I set up the wallet in the EXTRA SAFE app?

  Open the app and go to the Wallet tab. Setup takes a few seconds and uses your existing EXTRA SAFE account — your 12-word recovery phrase secures both your account and your wallet.

• Can I recover my account and wallet if I lose my device?

  Yes. EXTRA SAFE uses a single 12-word recovery phrase to restore everything — your account, contacts, and wallet. Write it down, keep it safe, and use it to restore full access on any device.

• Can EXTRA SAFE read my messages or see my transactions?

  Messages are end-to-end encrypted, so only you and your contact can read them. Transfers are signed locally on your device with your private key, which stays there. Zero-knowledge encryption means only you have access.

• How is EXTRA SAFE different from other chat apps?

  Most chat apps start by asking for a phone number or email. EXTRA SAFE starts with a name and a unique number — that's your identity. The bigger difference is what one app can do: encrypted, ephemeral messaging and a self-custodial, stablecoin-first wallet under a single identity. • Which assets and networks does EXTRA SAFE support?

  EXTRA SAFE is stablecoin-first: send, receive, and hold USDT, alongside AVAX and ETH, across seven networks — Avalanche as the default, plus Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Chain, Base, Optimism, and Arbitrum.

• Can I use the chat without the wallet, or the wallet without the chat?

  Yes. The wallet is built into the app and works independently. You can use EXTRA SAFE purely for encrypted messaging and calls, or open the Wallet tab to manage your stablecoins on their own.

• Is EXTRA SAFE available on desktop or only mobile?

  EXTRA SAFE is available on iOS and Android. You can also join calls and meetings from any browser by opening the link your contact shares with you. For the full wallet experience on desktop, EXTRA WALLET is available as a standalone web app at extrawallet.app.
