What EVM-compatible networks does EXTRA SAFE support?
EXTRA SAFE supports Avalanche C (default network), Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, BNB Smart Chain, and Polygon. All are EVM-compatible, meaning a single wallet works across all of them without additional setup.
EVM stands for Ethereum Virtual Machine — the engine that powers Ethereum and a growing family of networks built to be compatible with it. EVM-compatibility means these networks share the same wallet structure, address format, and token standards (such as ERC-20 for USD₮, USDC, and DAI).
Currently supported networks
- •
Avalanche C — the default for in-chat transfers. Near-instant finality, near-zero fees, gasless experience by default — you pay gas in the stablecoin you send (USD₮), no separate gas token needed.
- •
Ethereum — the base layer. Widest asset compatibility and DeFi access, with higher gas fees.
- •
Arbitrum — a Layer 2 network that settles on Ethereum. Near-instant finality, typically a few cents per transaction.
- •
Base — low-cost transfers, Coinbase ecosystem.
- •
BNB Smart Chain — wide token availability, low fees.
- •
Polygon — low fees, widely supported by apps and merchants.
Because the underlying wallet structure is the same across all of them, adding new networks doesn't require a new account or wallet — your existing identity extends automatically.
