The chat around the transfer is end-to-end encrypted. The transaction itself is recorded publicly on-chain.
Payment messages – the notification that appears in chat when you send or receive crypto – are E2EE, the same as any other message. Only you and your contact can see them.
The underlying blockchain transaction is a different matter: it's recorded permanently on a public ledger. The amount, wallet addresses, and timestamp are visible to anyone who looks up the transaction hash on a block explorer. This is a property of all public blockchains, not specific to EXTRA SAFE.
What the blockchain reveals: wallet addresses and amounts. What it doesn't reveal: who those wallets belong to, unless you've linked them to your identity elsewhere.
