How do I restore my account on a new device using the recovery phrase?
Install EXTRA SAFE, enter your recovery phrase, and your identity – your wallet and contacts – will be restored.
Steps
1.
Install and open EXTRA SAFE on your new device.
2.
Tap Import on the start screen.
3.
Enter your recovery phrase.
Your account, including your EXTRA SAFE number, wallet, and contacts, is reconstructed from the phrase. Your data is tied to your cryptographic identity, not to any device or server.
Only enter your recovery phrase inside the official EXTRA SAFE app. No legitimate support agent or third party will ever ask for it.
