What data does EXTRA SAFE collect about me?
EXTRA SAFE is built to know as little about you as possible. Your keys and your readable messages stay on your devices, your account isn't tied to a phone number or email, and the technical data needed to run the app is kept to a minimum. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.
What stays with you

Your private keys and recovery phrase. They're created on your device and never sent to EXTRA SAFE.

Your messages. They're end-to-end encrypted, so EXTRA SAFE's servers only ever carry them in encrypted form, until delivery or until your timer clears them. [звірити з Messaging M7/M19]

Your encrypted backup. If you back up your recovery phrase, the file is encrypted on your device and saved to your own Google Drive or iCloud. EXTRA SAFE never receives the file or your backup password.

Your contact details. You sign up with a name and get an EXTRA SAFE number, with no phone number or email on file.
What EXTRA SAFE processes
To deliver messages, connect calls and process transfers, EXTRA SAFE handles limited technical data — for example, encrypted message payloads, connection data and app diagnostics. It's used to run the service, not for profiling or advertising.
What's public on the blockchain
Transfers are blockchain transactions. A public transfer — the wallet addresses, amount and time — is visible to anyone who looks it up. With private balances, who you pay stays visible, and the amount stays private. What are Private Balances? →
EXTRA SAFE doesn't sell your data or let advertisers target you through the app.
