How do I report a bug?

Go to Settings → Report a Technical Problem, describe the issue, select a category, and tap Submit.

How to report a problem

  • 1.

    Open EXTRA SAFE.

  • 2.

    Go to Settings.

  • 3.

    Tap Report a Technical Problem.

  • 4.

    Describe the issue — up to 1000 characters.

  • 5.

    Select a category (optional): Chats, Calls, Contacts, Wallet, or Other.

  • 6.

    Tap Submit.

You'll see a confirmation: "Thank you for sharing with us!"

What to include for faster resolution

  • What happened and when

  • Whether it happens consistently or occasionally

  • The device and OS you're using

  • Which category the issue falls under
