If you lose your backup phrase, you permanently lose access to your wallet. There is no other recovery option.
Because EXTRA SAFE is non-custodial, we do not retain a copy of your phrase and cannot restore your account. If your phrase is gone and you no longer have access to your device, your crypto cannot be recovered by anyone.
If you still have device access but have lost the phrase, transfer your crypto to another wallet now, before you lose device access too.
