What happens if I lose my recovery phrase?
If you lose your recovery phrase, you permanently lose access to your wallet. There is no other restore option.
Because EXTRA SAFE is self-custodial, we do not retain a copy of your phrase and cannot restore your account. If your phrase is gone and you no longer have access to your device, your crypto cannot be recovered by anyone.
If you still have access to device but have lost the phrase, transfer your assets to another wallet now, before you lose device access too.
