Yes. Files, images, and voice notes use exactly the same E2EE as text messages.

Everything you send through EXTRA SAFE – text, voice note, image, document – is encrypted on your device before it leaves. The recipient's device is the only place that decrypts it. Auto-delete timers apply to attachments just as they do to messages.

There's no "lower security tier" for large files or media. The encryption model is consistent across all content types.
