Every transfer is signed locally on your device using your private key. EXTRA SAFE has no access to your funds and plays no role in the transaction itself – it just provides the interface. The chat where the payment happens is end-to-end encrypted.
Once a transaction is confirmed on-chain, it is permanent. The blockchain doesn't have an undo button, and neither does EXTRA SAFE.
Always confirm you're in the right chat before sending. Wrong contact, wrong amount — there is no reversal path.
