Your account travels with your backup phrase, not with a specific device. You can restore it on any device.
EXTRA SAFE is designed for active use on one device at a time. Switching devices means restoring your account on the new device using your backup phrase – your wallet, contacts, and EXTRA SAFE number all come with it.
Some message history may not transfer depending on your ephemeral messaging settings.
