The link may be reusable, but each time someone joins it after a call has ended, it opens a completely new room. The previous session – chat, contacts, history – is gone permanently.

When a browser call ends, that session ceases to exist. The encrypted chat that opened with it is cleared, and nothing from it is recoverable. That's by design.

If someone uses the same link again later, EXTRA SAFE creates a fresh room – same link, entirely new session. There's no continuity with the previous call: no chat history, no participants carried over, no record of what was shared. Every room starts clean.

The same logic applies inside the app. From the Calls tab, you can repeat a call with the same contact or group in one tap – but that tap creates a new call with a new encrypted chat session. The convenience is not having to set it up again; the privacy is that nothing from before carries over.
