Are there fees for transactions — in chat or from the wallet?
Opening a wallet and holding stablecoins in it costs nothing. Fees apply when you move funds — sending, swapping, or gifting. The fee is the same whether you send in chat or from the Wallet tab; it depends only on what you're doing, not where you start it. Gas is paid with stablecoins, in the same token you're sending — no separate native token to hold.
Send:

Service fee: $0.05 + 0.1% of the amount, charged once per transfer.

Network gas: the exact cost, no markup. You'll see a slightly higher estimate before you confirm, to cover normal network changes — you're only ever charged the real, final cost.
Swap:

The same $0.05 + 0.1% base fee and network gas as a Send, plus:

0.25% swap fee
- •
0.20% routing fee, for finding the best available rate
Gift:

The transfer fee applies twice — once to fund the gift, once when it's claimed.
- •
Plus a separate gift fee, currently $0.05 + 0.1% of the amount.
